<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Una transformación en la movilidad terrestre es previsible durante los próximos años. El conductor, causante de la mayoría de los accidentes actualmente, dejará de ser imprescindible para el funcionamiento de un vehículo a motor. Los vehículos autónomos prescindirán de esta figura. El objeto de este trabajo es plantear los retos jurídicos que derivan de la introducción de este tipo de vehículos en el mercado.</abstract>
