<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las aseguradoras se enfrentan a veces a la situación de que una empresa registrada en un país extranjero cause daños al objeto del seguro. Una vez que la aseguradora ha indemnizado al asegurado de acuerdo con el contrato de seguro, puede tener dificultades para reclamar la reparación a la empresa causante del daño. Este artículo presenta si una aseguradora extranjera puede iniciar un procedimiento judicial contra un tercero en la República Popular China («RPC») y describe las normas generales de procedimiento para dicho litigio</abstract>
