<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En el ámbito asegurador y, en particular, en los accidentes de circulación, sobre todo en los últimos años, se habla de la acción de jactancia, que no tiene amparo legal en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico, si bien, el Tribunal Supremo ha estimado que se puede apelar a la regulación que tenía esta acción en Las Partidas y le ha otorgado reconocimiento en algunas de sus sentencias. </abstract>
