Destaca siete riesgos prioritarios: pérdida o robo de datos sensibles, salud y seguridad de empleados y terceros, ciberataques y ciberextorsión, fallos en sistemas de control interno, vulneración de derechos humanos en cadenas de suministro, soborno y corrupción, e incumplimiento regulatorio. Estos riesgos reflejan la creciente complejidad normativa, la digitalización acelerada y la necesidad de fortalecer la gobernanza, la supervisión y la capacidad de respuesta ante amenazas tecnológicas, sociales y legales.</abstract>
