L'article se compose des suivants points: les explosions de poussières et ses caractéristiques, champ d'application, risques visés, évaluation du risque, mesures de prevention, elements statistiques sur les explosions ou incendies survenus dans des silos de stockage de produits agro-alimentaires, caracteristiques d'inflammabilité et d'explosion de poussières courantes agroalimentaires</abstract>
