<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El desengrasado con vapor es un proceso que consiste en eliminar de los objetos metálicos la grasa, el aceite y las partículas extrañas que se adhieren a estos, condensando vapores orgánicos en la superficie del metal. Las tres clases de equipos de desengrasar, que generalmente se conocen son: máquinas de vapor directo, máquinas de inmersión-vapor y máquina de vapor pulverizado. Es imprescindible tener en cuenta el diseño, la instalación, la operación y el mantenimiento e inspección de las mismas</abstract>
