<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La présente note tente de définir la nouvelle orientation prise dans l'étude de la charge de travail, qui tend à prendre en compte la situation réelle de travail et qui exige la participation de plus en plus active du médecin. L'article traite les suivantes thèmes: le médecin du travail et la prévention; l'approche globale de la situation de travail: une nouvelle orientation en matière de diagnostic, l'opérateur vu comme un système ouvert par rapport à son environnement physique et social, l'utilisation des indicateurs dans les études sur la charge de travail</abstract>
