Cette obligation de faire appel à une personne ou un organisme agrée pour les mesures et contrôles des nuisances physiques et des risques mécaniques découle du Code du travail. Cette obligation concerne les appareils de levage, le bruit, l'éclairage, les installations électriques, les machines et appareils, les rayonnements ionisants. L'article présente, aussi, un rappel de la réglementation et une liste, par département, de tous les organismes agrées à la date de sa publication</abstract>
