Sumario: The object of this study was to determine the optimum aerosol particle size for testing particulate respirator filters and to determine how this varies as a function of test flow rate. Challenge aerosol parameters, such as particle size, density, shape, electrical charge, and flow rate, are influential in determining the filter's efficiency
