<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La necesidad de adaptar la normativa española al Derecho comunitario europeo, habida cuenta el fenómeno de la progresiva integración de la actividad aseguradora dentro del marco jurídico de dicho Derecho comunitario, ha provocado que, desde el año 1992, se sucedan proyectos legislativos tendentes a tal incorporación, a los que adicionalmente se han añadido previsiones normativas que afectan a la responsabilidad civil derivada de la circulación de vehículos de motor, y, por otro lado, al recargo moratorio. En el presente trabajo el autor se refiere a los tres proyectos de ley de los años 1992, 1993 y, finalmente, al actualmente en trámite de elaboración prelegislativa, de 1 de agosto de 1994</abstract>
