<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La relation entre travail de nuit et alimentation a été étudiée au sein d'un échantillon de 469 infirmières, qui ont été suivis et interrogées. L'alimentation est plus fréquemment perturbée lors des horaires de nuit que lors des horaires de jour. Comme les perturbations de l'alimentation induites par le travail de nuit pourraient augmenter le risque de diverses pathologies, en particulier digestives, ces résultats confirment l'importance de la prévention et de la information pour une bonne hygiène alimentaire</abstract>
