<abstract>Las personas que llegan a la cumbre acuden a los tutores o "coach" en busca de motivación y de preparación para subir aún más alto, pero las organizaciones actuales no tienen estructura ni tiempo para ofrecer tutoría y, por tanto, la contratan. El "coach" ayuda a su cliente a identificar qué quiere cambiar de su situación actual y qué debe hacer para conseguir lo que quiere; los compañeros, los directores y subordinados podrán ver una transformación de comportamiento real y sustancial</abstract>
