<abstract>El pasado día 19 de octubre de 2001 se aprobaba el Real Decreto 1123-2001 por el que se modifica parcialmente el Reglamento de Seguridad Privada, aprobado por Real Decreto 2364-1994.de 9 de diciembre. Con tal motivo, la Asesoría Jurídica de la Asociación de la Mediana y Pequeña Empresa de Seguridad  (AMPES) ha elaborado un informe que por su interés se reproduce en este artículo</abstract>
