El trabajo se centra en seis apartados. En el segundo se describe la implantación de la serie ISO 9000, en el tercero la experiencia española en el sector servicio, en el cuarto se presenta la primera certificación europea de una empresa jurídica, en el quinto el caso de una ingeniería y en sexto las conclusiones</abstract>
