<abstract>La gestión del conocimiento necesita un nuevo enfoque. En la primera época de la gestión del conocimiento, se esperaba que los profesionales participaran en actividades que promovían las empresas para fomentar la puesta en común de información, además de realizar sus trabajos ordinarios. Sin embargo, existe una forma mejor para la puesta en común de la información y su recuperación consiste en incorporar el conocimiento de la tecnonlogía que las personas utilizan para el desarrollo de su actividad diaria</abstract>
