Today, there is a worldwide infraestructure of offshore structure system that include fixed, floating, and mobile platforms, pipelines, and ships. Background on current and future trends in development of comprenshive program to help improve the quality and reability of offshore structure system are discussed. In this article explains two risk assessment and management instruments: a Quality Management Assessment System (QMAS) and a System Risk Analysis System (SYRAS)
