<abstract>El seguro por acoso moral en el trabajo o "mobbing" se conoce en el mundo del seguro como al cobertura EPL (Employers Malpractice Liability), mal traducida por las compañías como seguro de responsabilidad civil por prácticas laborales. Sea como fuere, hasta el momento, se contrata sólo por las grandes empresas como póliza o cobertura independiente y con más frecuencia como garantía adicional englobada dentro de las pólizas de D&O, a veces con un sublímite de la suma asegurada específico para este riesgo</abstract>
