<abstract>España logró un hito la pasada década al cumplir los exigentes criterios económicos de Maastricht, lo que le permitió formar parte de la Europa del euro. Sin embargo, hay una asignatura pendiente que afecta, y mucho, a la productividad y al bienestar de miles de trabajadores de todos los niveles, también de los directivos. No se trata de la inflación, dato en el que también tenemos que mejorar con respecto a la media europea sino de los horarios y la organización de la jornada de trabajo. Intentar que los horarios españoles se igualen a los del resto de la Unión Europea, así como sentar las bases para poder compaginar la vida laboral y profesional</abstract>
