<abstract>El nuevo Reglamento del ruido supone una actualización del anterior de 1989, por lo que, más que grandes líneas maestras nuevas, debemos buscar en él matizaciones y cambios sobre lo ya existente que modifiquen la forma de actuación en el campo preventivo. Los cambios que contiene el regblamento pueden clasificarse en dos grandes grupos: cambios que afectan a la actuación del empresario y cambios que afectan a las cuestiones puramente técnicas</abstract>
