<abstract>El año 2006 está transcurriendo, en España y hasta el momento, con cierta normalidad y en una tónica de continuidad sobre los anteriores, tanto en los aspectos técnicos como en el area financiera. Con todo, se constatan una serie de actitudes, entre las que destacan: los fraudes reaseguradores, en general, sienten dificultades para su crecimiento, y esa situación no contribuye a su firmeza en las negociaciones; y por parte de las cedentes se exige mayor personalización en el trato con sus reaseguradores</abstract>
