<abstract>La Agencia Europea de Seguridad Marítima (EMSA) se servirá de la infraestructura y medios de contaminación con los que cuenta España para proteger los mares comunitarios. Así, buques españoles podrán intervenir para luchar contaminación en el Atlántico o el Mediterráneo cuando la EMSA lo solicite. Por su parte, esta agencia comunitaria se compromete a reforzar la seguridad en el mar Cantábrico con el buque Ile de Bréhat, con base en el puerto galo de Brest</abstract>
