<abstract>En China se han producido cambios increíbles en poco tiempo y por ello, será necesario reconsiderar las inversiones en estado de planificación. El presente documento realiza un resumen de las conclusiones extraidas del seminario acerca de la "China Corporate Income Tax Law", organizado por PricewaterhouseCoopers, donde se trató el impacto de la nueva lye para inversores extranjeros. Esta ley, donde las empresas residentes en China estarán sujetas a imposición sobre sus ingresos a nivel internacional, junto con la nueva política de incentivos fiscales y nuevas reglamentaciones anti-evasión, además de otras normativas, provocan un cambio importante en la política fiscal China</abstract>
