<abstract>Este estudio pretende esclarecer cuáles son las perspectivas financieras de España ante el nuevo plan, así como las prioridades Europeas para el período 2007-2013, y cuál será la dotación económica correspondiente. Las prioridades se centrarán en objetivos definidos como la ampliación de los Estados Miembros, la progresión económica de la Unión, y fortalecer el concepto de "ciudadanía europea" entre otros.</abstract>
