<abstract>El 1 de enero de 2006 entró en vigor la nueva Ley de Servicios Financieros. Así el gobierno holandés se adapta a la Directiva Europea de Mediación en Seguros (IMD) . La FSA regula a todos los proveedores de servicios financieros: cuentas bancarias y cuentas de ahorro, dinero electrónico, hipotecas, seguros, inversiones, crédito al consumo y cualquier combinación de estos productos</abstract>
