<abstract>La presencia creciente de inmigrantes en el mundo laboral en España es un desafío para la prevención de riesgos laborales al coexistir en el trabajo diferentes culturas y actitudes hacia esta disciplina. El artículo propone las actitudes hacia la PRL como un factor clave en la prevención, con una escala para medir dichas actitudes validada en una muestra de trabajadores inmigrantes y autóctonos. Finalmente, se comentan las diferencias entre ambos colectivos y se plantean desarrollos en esta línea de trabajo</abstract>
