Sumario: Spanish buyers are set to face higher premiums and less favorable conditions for directors and officers policies as the economic crisis in the country deepens and investors make more use of the courts to try and obtain compensation from companies. Companies in sectors that suffer from a heavier impact from the slowdown of the Spanish economy, such as finance and construction, are likely to face the tougher battles in the next round of renewals
