<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En términos económicos la evolución del sector de la detección de incendios en España ha sido espectacular. Con incrementos anuales cercanos o superiores al 10 por ciento en volumen de negocio durante los últimos cinco años, podemos estimar que desde 2003 las cifras de negocio de nuestro sector, que entonces rondaban los 190 millones de euros, han pasado a ser de 280 millones al finalizar el año 2008. Este incremento tan espectacular está relacionado con la bonanza económica, que ha sido el reflejo de una situación conyuntural del país, que durante varios años ha experimentado un incremento importantísimo de la actividad, basado en el sector inmobiliario, que ha arrastrado al resto de sectores durante muchos años</abstract>
