<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La previsión social se ha convertido en un verdadero y grave problema para todos los gobiernos del mundo, en un momento en que el objetivo prioritario de los países de la Unión Europea y de los Estados Unidos es el control y la reducción del déficit público. Tanto el sistema público de pensiones como el privado, amparados en el ahorro previsión, tienen como finalidad permitir al ciudadano-trabajador cuando cause la contingencia, alcanzar unas rentas de sustitución de los ingresos de trabajo dejados de percibir </abstract>
