<abstract displayLabel="Summary">A lo largo de treinta años se ha avanzado mucho en matería juridica y laboral con el fin de proteger al trabajador frente a los riesgos laborales. En este articulo se hace un repaso de los cambios y avances producidos en este largo transcrso de tiempo. En 1971, aparece la Ordenanza General de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo a la vez que se formula un Plan Nacional de Higiene y Seguridad del Trabajo</abstract>
