<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La presente selección de estudios ofrece una panorámica del ordenamiento y estructura jurídico-laborales de Gran Bretaña. De dichos estudios ha de remarcarse no sólo el análisis amplio y riguroso, fundamentalmente en los que se refiere al derecho colectivo del trabajo, con interesantes incursiones en el ámbito de las relaciones individuales subyancentes a aquél, sino, de forma muy especial, la perspectiva internacional y comparada que se ofrece del sistema británico de relaciones laborales, con los más destacados ordenamientos continentales y aún ajenos al ámbito europeo. Este enfoque comparado se desarrolla con la inclusión de estudios sobre el Estatuto de los Trabajadores italiano, la Carta Social de la Comunidad Europea, el derecho de huelga en Europa y con un análisis comparado de los sistemas francés y británico de derecho del trabajo</abstract>
