<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las Administraciones Públicas constituyen el instrumento a través del cual se sirven con objetividad los intereses generales y se prestan los servicios públicos. Para llevar a cabo esta labor, se nutren de empleados que han de desarrollar su prestación laboral en condiciones que respeten la normativa sobre seguridad y salud laboral, lo que convierte a las Administraciones Públicas, en cuanto empleadores, en sujetos obligados en materia preventiva. Este estudio se dedica a exponer las particularidades más significativas de la acción preventiva en el ámbito de las Administraciones Públicas</abstract>
