<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Al 30 de junio de 2012 se produjeron las primeras renovaciones de numerosos contratos de reaseguros y resulta oportuno analizar el resultado de las mismas ante el novedoso mercado de reaseguro argentino. Estas renovaciones se produjeron dentro del nuevo marco regulatorio del reaseguro que establecen básicamente las Resoluciones N° 35.615, 35.726, 35.794 y 36.332 de la Superintendencia de Seguros de la Nación (SSN), a las cuales se ha agregado la Resolución N° 36.350-2011 del 6 de diciembre de 2011 que modifica el régimen de Capitales Mínimos de las aseguradoras y reaseguradoras locales</abstract>
