<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las entidades financieras españolas han vendido desde 1998, echa de la primera emisión, una gran cantidad de participaciones preferentes, siendo el pequeño ahorrador uno de los principales compradores. Sin embargo, se trata de un complejo instrumento financiero con importantes riesgos. La consecuencia es que el rescate debe venir de España y no de Europa. Merece así un análisis en profundidad, tanto de la actuación de los asesores fiscales como de la regulación que ha habido entorno a ellas</abstract>
