<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Rembourser un pourcentage de ce que la sécurité sociale rembourse en ajustant sa prime chaque année aux dépenses : ce fut longtemps le métier de l'assurance complémentaire santé en France. Aucune place pour la gestion du risque dans un tel système. Mais le contexte change. Les prix des professionnels de santé sont de plus en plus libres et s'ajustent aux garanties d'assurance des clients ; et ceux-ci n'acceptent plus de payer leur prime d'assurance plus cher année après année sans véritable valeur ajoutée. Le modèle ancien n'est plus tenable. Il faut recréer de la complicité entre la complémentaire santé et son client pour bâtir une nouvelle vision de la gestion du risque en santé : aider son client à consommer pour sa santé à bon escient, au juste prix et avec une qualité maîtrisée. Ce nouveau métier se met en place et sera au coeur des évolutions de l'assurance santé en France. </abstract>
