For example, in mid-March the UK Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) issued its Jatest policy statement on Solvency II which, for all its Jength, did not contain many surprises for readers. Unfortunately, anyone hoping the 330-page document contained "final" rules would come away disappointed. </abstract>
