Et ces poursuites peuvent avoir des répercussions importantes sur son patrimoine. En outre, le renforcement du cadre réglementaire et la crise économique accentuent les risques. Dans ce contexte, l'assurance responsabilité  des dirigeants, cantonnée par le passé au segment des grandes entreprises, se développe sur celui des petites. Une tendance qui se traduit par un appétit accru des assureurs pour ce marché et par une évolution des offres</abstract>
