<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Ya se ha comentado en estas páginas parte de la importante reforma legislativa emprendida en esta última etapa del Gobierno de Rajoy, en la que cabe destacar la reforma de la LCS en el marco de la LOSSEAR (Mercado Previsor, números 591 y 593), la reforma del procedimiento pericial en la Ley de la Jurisdicción Voluntaria (Mercado Previsor, 592) o el Baremo de Autos con su problemática de aplicación retroactiva (Mercado Previsor, 590), que atañen de forma singular al ámbito asegurador.</abstract>
