<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La introducción del art. 31 Bis en el Código Penal (C.P) supone un cambio en nuestra mentalidad, la premisa Societas delinquere non potest, según la cual una persona jurídica (PJ) no puede cometer delitos, al carecer de voluntad, se quiebra al hacerles responsables de los delitos que se cometan en el ejercicio de sus activida des sociales. Hoy, no solo será responsable la persona física que ha cometido el hecho delictivo, sino que también lo será la PJ en la que aquella presta sus servicios, más aún la PJ será responsable aún cuando no se pueda identificar a la persona física autora del delito.</abstract>
