<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El artículo 31 bis del reformado Código Penal de 2010 estableció la responsabilidad penal de las personas jurídicas y la obligación de éstas de contar con un modelo de prevención (Plan de Cumplimiento Normativo o Plan de Compliance). Aunque no fue hasta la segunda reforma de julio de 2015 cuando realmente se estableció cómo deben las empresas cumplir con esta obligación. </abstract>
