Sumario: This article examines how users of a Psychosocial Care Center experience and transform their aging and longevity processes within mental health treatment. Using qualitative intervention research and cenopoetic workshops, the study explores changes in emotions, behaviors, and self-care practices. The results show emerging actions that support psychological well-being, creative expression, and collaborative care. The findings highlight how dialogue, artistic practices, and emotional transformation contribute to healthier aging trajectories
