<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El trabajo analiza en profundidad el tratamiento jurídico del leasing financiero en el concurso de acreedores, el preconcurso y los planes de reestructuración. Examina la naturaleza jurídica del contrato y su controvertida asimilación a una garantía real en el derecho concursal. Estudia los efectos del concurso sobre el contrato, las acciones recuperatorias y la clasificación de los créditos del arrendador financiero. Asimismo, aborda el impacto del nuevo marco preconcursal en la formación de clases de créditos y en la homologación de planes de reestructuración. El estudio se apoya en normativa vigente, jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo y doctrina especializada</abstract>
