<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El artículo describe la profunda reforma realizada en la sede central de Agroseguro en Madrid, 24 años después de su adquisición. La renovación no solo ha modernizado la estética, sino que responde a una transformación estratégica impulsada por el aumento de la contratación y siniestralidad en el seguro agrario, la innovación tecnológica y el relevo generacional. La nueva sede, más luminosa y sostenible, incorpora espacios abiertos, salas de reuniones equipadas tecnológicamente, áreas privadas para videollamadas y una cafetería con terraza. Además, se han implementado criterios de eficiencia energética y se ha reforzado la cultura corporativa, lo que ha permitido a Agroseguro renovar el distintivo Great Place to Work con una puntuación superior.</abstract>
