<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El artículo analiza la importancia de la Continuidad de Gobierno como capacidad del Poder Ejecutivo para mantener sus funciones esenciales durante crisis graves. Se destaca la necesidad de metodologías específicas para identificar riesgos, evaluar impactos y planificar respuestas, mitigación y recuperación. En España, el Sistema de Seguridad Nacional y el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional (DSN) son claves en esta función, apoyados por infraestructuras críticas y planes estratégicos. Se subraya la interacción entre sector público y privado, especialmente con empresas resilientes vinculadas a infraestructuras críticas y defensa. Finalmente, se menciona la relevancia de los mapas de riesgos y la problemática de la asegurabilidad de estos riesgos en el contexto de la Continuidad de Gobierno.</abstract>
