It examines financial inclusion, digital payments, savings and borrowing behaviours across economies, highlighting trends such as the growth of digital financial services and the gender gap in account ownership. The 2025 edition introduces the Digital Connectivity Tracker, which measures access to and use of mobile technology and, combined with financial inclusion data, provides a view of how mobile infrastructure is expanding access to financial services and improving economic resilience</abstract>
