<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La variable ambiental se ha ido incorporando progresivamente en todas las ramas científicas y, consecuentemente, en las diferentes actividades humanas. Si bien el reconocimiento de la necesidad de proteger, a través de disposiciones jurídicas, los bienes naturales se remonta mucho más allá de la célebre Conferencia de Estocolmo, la influencia de lo ambiental sobre la ciencia jurídica ha sido notable y progresiva en las últimas décadas. Los diferentes cuerpos jurídicos han debido adaptarse a las exigencias del medio ambiental, estructurándose un conjunto de normas reguladoras de la relación del hombre con su entorno</abstract>
