<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Consejo de las Comunidades Europeas adoptó el pasado 31 de Marzo la Directiva 92-9, relativa a las disposiciones mínimas de seguridad y de salud para promover una mejor asistencia médica a bordo de los buques. En ella se obliga a los Estados miembros a poner en vigor las disposiciones legales necesarias para adaptar las diferentes normativas nacionales a los contenidos de la misma antes del 31 de Diciembre de 1994</abstract>
