<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Tras un estudio del comportamiento de los protectores auditivos, respecto a la eliminación de los niveles elevados de ruido percibidos por las personas, que se encuentran ubicadas en ambientes ruidosos, se observa que existen una serie de factores objetivos, que se pueden determinar, y de los que dependerán las características de atenuación al sonido del equipo de protección personal. El objeto de este artículo es la definición de estos factores y la obtención de un método operatorio para obtener el valor de los mismos</abstract>
