<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El presente artículo pretende ser la base de partida para mostrar al mundo del trabajo y a las empresas, la gran importancia que debe concederse al tema de la Señalización Acústica de Seguridad, para evitar situaciones de peligro. Se centra en los siguientes objetivos: Dar una visión de los diversos planteamientos que se le puede dar a la Señal Acústica de Seguridad, presentar la normativa internacional sobre esta temática, ver las posibilidades existentes, a nivel técnico, de poder seguir un tipo determinado de señal acústica, utilizando la tecnología existente en el mercado y, por último, realizar una serie de conclusiones finales</abstract>
