Notas: Sumario: We know wat ergonomics is. We have heard the term time and time again: it's fitting the workplace to the worker. It means that the average worker shouldn't have to use awkward body postures to perfom a job. Workers shouldn't have to perform repetitious jobs frequently, and they shouldn't have to lift or lower heavy objects as part of their job requirements. All of these and more are possible sources of strains and stresses for employees, as well as escalating medical costs to employers bothe of wich we'd probably like to avoid.
