<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Cette étude, menée initialement sous la casquette d'ergonome, s'est en fait nourrie de notre fonction de médecin du travail de l'entreprise. Son ambition est de proposer aux responsables de la gestion du personnel une stratégie qui lui permettre de gérer au mieux la carrière de son personnel en tenant compte de son âge, mais aussi de proposer des aménagements des postes de travail que permettront aux salariés plus âgés de ne pas être exclus de leurs postes et qui profiteront aussi à l'ensemble des salariés</abstract>
